In order to signup for licensing supervision, you must first apply with the form here and we will be in touch to setup an initial interview to asses your needs, your area of study and then suggest some supervisors on our team that might be a great fit for you. We will then share your contact information with our expert supervisors, and they will reach out and setup a regular meeting schedule.
Yes, you can indicate which supervisor you would prefer to work with in the registration form. However, each supervisor makes the final decision on who they ultimately work with and if they are able to add to their caseload.
While we do allow for changing supervisors, we would need to do an assessment as to what happened and why the desire for change. Our goal is to connect you with someone who will support and challenge you in your journey to the next level of your counseling career.
Each supervisor ultimately determines their supervision fee, which is dependent on their experience and discretion. You should expect to pay somewhere between $100-$200/hour of supervision. This is something that will be discussed during your initial consultation meeting with your supervisor. Billing will take place each month at your designated payment schedule.
What Payment Methods Do You Offer For Supervision?
Each billing cycle you will be sent an invoice that will be due within 7 days. Using this invoice you can pay via debit, credit, Zelle, or ACH.
Do You Offer Group Supervision?
Since we allow each supervisor autonomy in how they supervise, it is possible that they would offer group supervision. However, not every supervisor does. If this is something that you are interested in, please note this in the registration form here.

In order to access the courses and workshops you've registered for you need to create an account with your desired name, email and phone number. (Please use the exact name you want on your CE Certificates).
To create an account on our website, look to the top right of the menu and click the button that says “Login.” On the following page, enter your first and last name in the Full Name section, the email address you would like associated with your account in the Email Address section, and whatever password you would like for your account in the Password and Confirm Password sections. Click the checkbox next to “I agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy and Next Level Supervision's Terms of Use & Privacy Policy,” and then click the "Register My Account” button. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your account. When you click the provided link in the email, your account will be created. *Please note that the name you enter in the Full Name line is EXACTLY what our website will use to populate your name on your CE certificate, so please make sure to enter your name exactly how you would like it to display on your certificate (including capitalization, punctuation, nickname, etc.).
If you need to change your password, navigate to our site and login by clicking "Login" at the top right of the screen. Once you are logged in, click the image at the top right of the screen. In the dropdown menu that appears, click Edit Profile. The following page will allow you to change your password. You will be prompted to enter and confirm your new password. After entering your password to confirm, click the Save button.
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in to your account, navigate to our site and click "Login" at the top right of the screen. On the following page, click the text that says "Forgot Password." You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Next Level account. Enter your email, and you will be sent a link to reset your password.
To access the content of a workshop you registered for, first navigate to our site and login to your account. Once you are logged in, there will be a tab at the top of the screen that says My Courses. Click here, and all workshops you have purchased will be displayed. Click on any of them, and you will be taken to the Course Curriculum for that course. This is where all the information can be accessed.
The most common reason someone cannot find a course they have previously signed up for is that they have created an additional account at one time or another under a different login. Please try logging in with a different email address and/or password.
For LIVE WORKSHOPS, Zoom links will be emailed/texted out to the contact information you have on file a few days before the event.
Your CE certificate will be automatically generated and available to download immediately upon completing the workshop. In order for your certificate to generate, you MUST reach 100% course completion on the workshop in question.
To move through the content and reach 100% course completion (and receive your CE certificate), you must click the orange “Complete and Continue” bar along the top right of EVERY section of the course. Once you have clicked this bar on every section, you will reach 100% course completion and your certificate will be available to download.
When you register for one of our on-demand workshops, you receive lifetime access to the content of the course. If you wanted to receive CE credit for the same on-demand course in different licensure renewal periods, however, you would need to register and pay for the workshop again.
No! On-demand workshops can be paused, exited, and returned to as many times as you like. You can do it all in one sitting if you would like to, but you are by no means required to do so.
Course registrations, both live "synchronous" and on-demand "asynchronous," are valid for a single participant only. Access to a workshop cannot be shared with any other party.
Yes! All CURRENTLY ENROLLED students are eligible for a 20% discount on any one workshop (this discount does not stack with the multi-workshop discount, and the multi-workshop discount will replace the student discount). In order to receive this discount, please email a copy of your ACTIVE student ID as well as a fully completed workshop registration form (this can be found here) to [email protected]
Most likely yes! Not only does our Zoom Webinar platform have both a chat box feature as well as a Q&A feature, making the webinars fully interactive which is a requirement for synchronous CE credits, but it also tracks student attendance in real time. We are able to see that you are present, as well as receive a report at the end of the workshop showing how many minutes total you were logged in and present. A letter stating this to submit to your CE organization can be provided if required.
